Getting started

Set up Facturio for the first time

  • Start with My company, Customers, and Products / Services. These records supply the details reused in documents.
  • Enter company and bank details, create customers, and save frequently used products and services.
  • Create documents, record payments, review reminders, and use Reports to check the result.

Working with lists and quick actions

  • Click a table row to open the record.
  • On desktop, available quick actions appear at the right when you hover over a row. On mobile, they are shown in the record card.
  • Select the required records with checkboxes for group actions.

Dashboard

Dashboard totals and recent documents

  • The Dashboard summarizes document activity for the selected date range and provides shortcuts to common tasks.
  • The Dashboard shows the total number of documents for the selected period, the counts and amounts of open, paid, and overdue documents, and the three most recent documents.

Company, plan, and quick links

On the Dashboard, you can check the company name, current plan, and access period, create an Invoice, open the Help Center, go to Pricing, or open payment history. Payment history is available after the first successful plan payment.

A practical daily workflow

Start with the Dashboard, review Open and Overdue invoices, record received payments, and then check reminders and Reports.

Checklist before sending documents

Before sending, check the customer, dates, currency, VAT, totals, document language, and attachments. Create a Reverse Invoice to formally cancel an Invoice that has already been sent, is overdue, or has been paid.
