Company details used in documents
- My company stores the legal, address, contact, and bank details used in documents.
- Keep the company name, registration data, addresses, contact details, bank accounts, and the “CC Email” field current.
Customers
Customer records and document defaults
- The Customers section stores recipient details and document defaults for reuse.
- Set contact and postal details, currency, document language, bank-details preference, and the customer reminder switch. Company names may repeat, but Customer ID must be unique.
Customer list, search, and deletion
- Click a customer row to open and edit the customer record.
- Search checks the customer information displayed in the list.
- The delete action is at the right of the row and appears on hover. Confirm the deletion before the customer is removed.
Customer Total Saldo
Total Saldo includes fully paid Invoices, closed Reverse Invoices, and recorded Customer CN payments. A partially paid Invoice is included after full payment. Separate Credit Notes are not included.
Products / Services
Reusable products and services
- In Products / Services, you can save products and services to reuse in invoices.
- Store a name, description, unit, price, VAT rate, and currency for each item.
Product list, search, and deletion
- Click a product or service row to open and edit the record.
- Search checks the product information displayed in the list.
- The delete action is at the right of the row and appears on hover. Confirm before the saved item is removed.
Price excluding VAT, VAT rate, and price including VAT
The list shows price excluding VAT, VAT rate, and price including VAT separately.
