Understand plan limits, prepaid access periods, payment history, and how to continue access after a plan expires.

Prepaid monthly and yearly plans

  • Pricing compares the available plans, their limits, and the actions available for the account.
  • Paid monthly and yearly plans are prepaid for the selected period and do not renew automatically. To continue access, choose and pay for a plan again. Locked features show a lock or an upgrade prompt.
  • The free plan allows three documents per calendar month in total: Invoices, Reverse Invoices, and Credit Notes. Deleted documents still count toward the limit, and deleting one does not restore the allowance.

The current plan and access period are shown on the Dashboard. To choose and pay for a plan, open Pricing.

Payment history and payment portal

Payment history is available from the Dashboard after the first successful payment and opens in the payment portal.
