Account, currency, and interface language
Under Account, you can change the login email, choose EUR or USD as the document currency, and select EN, DE, or RU as the interface language.
Change the account password
Under Security, enter the current password and set and confirm a new one.
Access & recovery
Sign-in methods
Sign in with email and password, request an email login link, or continue with Google.
Email verification and login links
When registering with an email address and password, confirm the address using the link in the email. Signing in with Google does not require separate verification in Facturio. If a verification or login link is invalid or expired, request a new message and use the latest link.
Password recovery
Use Forgot password to request a reset link and choose a new password. Request another link if it expires.
Notification center
Unread count and latest notifications
The bell badge shows the unread count. Opening it initially displays up to five latest notifications; use Show all to expand the list.
Read, delete, and clear notifications
Notifications visible in the open panel are marked as read. You can delete an individual notification or clear the entire list.
Related records and mobile access
Select a notification with a related-record link to open that record. On mobile, notifications open as a panel from the top menu.
