Payments
Record a partial or full payment
- Recorded payments update paid, outstanding, and document status values.
- Open Payments, enter the payment date and amount, and save partial payments until the Invoice is paid in full.
Remove an incorrect payment
Delete an incorrect payment in Payments. Facturio recalculates paid, outstanding, and status values; editing invoice text or items does not create or remove payments.
How payments affect Total Saldo
Payments update Invoice lists and Dashboard totals. Total Saldo includes fully paid Invoices, closed Reverse Invoices, and recorded Customer CN payments. Separate Credit Notes are not included.
