All paid Facturio plans are offered on a prepaid basis and are billed in advance.
Access to paid features is activated after successful payment.
3. Plans and Billing Periods
Facturio offers both monthly and yearly plans.
Current pricing and included features are displayed on the official pricing page.
4. No Automatic Renewal
Paid plans do not renew automatically.
After the purchased period expires, access to paid features ends automatically unless a new payment is made.
5. Trial Access and Promotional Offers
Facturio may provide time-limited trial access, discount codes, or promotional offers.
The duration and conditions of such offers are defined individually.
There is no entitlement to permanent free access.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Facturio does not store full credit card information.
Depending on the selected payment method, additional terms of the payment provider may apply.
7. Refunds
Payments for paid Facturio services are generally non-refundable unless a refund is required by applicable law.
